1. What are Aluminum Dye Sub Panels?

Aluminum Dye Sub Panels are printed on 0.045" white gloss panels using dye-sublimation. These aluminum metal prints enhance photo vibrancy for an eye-catching impact. Aluminum Dye Sub Panels are available in a variety of sizes with an optional stand-off accessory sold separately.

2. How do I set up my Aluminum Dye Sub file?

Ensure you have 0.25" bleed on all sides of your artwork. Do not add crop marks.

3. What color are the Aluminum Dye Sub Panels?

Our Aluminum Dye Sub Panels contain a white gloss side and a raw aluminum side. Currently we only offer printing on the white gloss surface.

4. Are there any finishing options available?

Yes. We currently offer the following options:
3/8 " Drill Hole with hole placement 1 inch from each corner, Round or Straight Corners, Contour Cuts and 5/8" X 1" Stand Off hardware.

5. Can I use the Aluminum Dye Sub Panels outdoors?

Aluminum Dye Sub Panels are intended for indoor use only.

6. Are there any mounting options available?

Yes. 5/8" X 1" Stand Off hardware is available, but be sure to select "drill hole options" so that the hardware can be installed.

7. What sizes are offered for Aluminum Dye Sub Panels?

Sizes offered range from 4" X 4" - 45" X 35"

8. Which locations will produce Aluminum Dye Sub Panels?

At this time they are only being produced in California.
